Service Availability

All services and rentals of machines are contingent upon availability. Service requests may be accepted, rejected, or canceled by St. Construction Machinery Hiring due to site conditions, equipment availability, or safety-related issues.

Use & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Making sure equipment is only used for what it was designed to do.
  • Offering operators and equipment safe working conditions.
  • Preventing harm brought on by carelessness, abuse, or risky procedures.
  • Using our equipment in accordance with Bhutan's laws, safety requirements, and project rules.

Damage or loss caused during the rental period will be charged to the client as per the assessment provided by our technical team.

Operator Services

All operational actions must be coordinated through the operator if clients rent equipment with one. It is forbidden for clients to permit unfit people to operate the equipment. Safe working environment and professional treatment are essential for operators.

Rental Duration & Return Policy

The equipment's rental duration starts when it is delivered and ends when it is picked up or returned.

Any rental time extensions must be announced beforehand. Unauthorized extensions, delays, and late returns may result in additional fees.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices may vary based on machinery type, duration, and project location.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before deployment.
  • Outstanding balances must be settled within the agreed timeframe.
  • St. Construction Machinery Hiring reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or legal action.

Site Accessibility

Clients are responsible for making sure the project site is secure, accessible, and prepared for the deployment of machinery. There may be additional fees for any delays brought on by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

Maintenance & Breakdown

All machinery is maintained to professional standards.

  • If equipment breaks down due to mechanical failure, we will provide repair or replacement as soon as possible.
  • Breakdowns caused by misuse or unsafe handling will result in repair charges billed to the client.

Liability Limitations

St. Construction Machinery Hiring is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, road conditions, or external factors
  • Project delays arising from equipment unavailability or breakdown
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by clients

Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of equipment rental paid.
